Can I Exclude Some Produce Items From My Box?Updated 7 months ago
Absolutely! You can exclude up to four produce items from your order. We truly value our relationships with over 50 farmers and growers, and while our produce availability can change daily based on what they supply and seasonal variations and weather conditions, we want you to feel in control of your box!
With 16 to 20 produce items on hand each day, we limit exclusions to ensure you receive a delightful variety that our warehouse team works hard to maintain. This way, you can enjoy a wonderful selection in each box!

Subscribers can easily log into their customer portal to manage their shop and alter their excluded items. What about allergens?
While we strive to accommodate as many preferences as possible, please note that we’re currently unable to cater to all allergen groups due to individual variations.
However, we have recently added Onions - All (Allium Allergy), which ensures that all onion types (including Red, Brown, White, Shallots, and Spring Onions), as well as Leeks, Chives, and Garlic, will be removed from your box.
At this time, we can't accommodate FODMAP exclusions due to the complexities surrounding the supply and seasonality of our produce.
⚡ Just a friendly reminder: any changes you make will apply to your next box after your billing renewal if your current box is processing and locked in your portal.
