Can I Pause / Skip My Subscription Through The Portal? How Much Notice Do I Need To Give You?Updated 6 months ago

Say goodbye to the old “pause” feature! You can now skip a box without having to pause your account. You’ll have visibility into your next 10 boxes, allowing you to easily skip a delivery when needed—whether it’s for a weekend getaway or a three-week cadence. 

Just select the upcoming box you’d like to skip! Simply log into the customer portal, head to My Delivery Preferences then Skip Deliveries

(Please note: to ensure smooth logistics, we require a 7-day notice to skip a delivery.) 


Once your order is paid—whether you’re a first-time customer or renewing your ongoing subscription—your box will be processing.

When your box is processing, you can no longer skip this order in your customer portal. To help you easily identify this, on the Overview page, we’ve marked it in red with a lock icon. 

You will not be able to cancel or edit this processing order through the portal.

We do understand that last-minute emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel a processing order, please reach out to our customer experience team no later than 3 business days prior to your delivery day, and we’ll do our best to assist you with a manual change or cancellation.

For all other upcoming orders, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to skip or edit a delivery. To keep things straightforward, we’ve clearly marked the deadline for editing your box, so be sure to make any changes before this date to ensure you get exactly what you want!
