Enjoy the perk of free shipping on orders exceeding $100! It’s our way of saying thank you for choosing us.

⏭️ Skip a Box, Don’t Pause Your Account
Say goodbye to the old “pause” feature! You can now skip a box without having to pause your account. You’ll have visibility into your next 10 boxes, allowing you to easily skip a delivery when needed—whether it’s for a weekend getaway or a three-week cadence. Just select the box you’d like to skip! (Please note: to ensure smooth logistics, we require a 7-day notice to skip a delivery.)

🍳 Expanded Pantry Selections
We’ve enriched our pantry offerings with new categories like Bargain Buys, making it easier for you to find great deals. Look out for tags indicating newly listed items, clearer pictures, best-before dates for bargain buys, dietary information, and size/weight details. We’ve also clarified whether an item is added as a one-off or included in every order.

🔒 Order Management Made Easy
Understanding your order status is simpler now! We’ve implemented a big red lock icon on orders that are currently being processed by our warehouse team, indicating they’re locked for shipment. You’ll easily differentiate between orders that can be edited and those that are locked.

🍋 Effortless Item Exclusions
You can still exclude up to four items from your box, but it’s now easier than ever! With pictures of each item, you’ll know exactly what you’re excluding. 

🏘️ Multiple Subscriptions Under One Login
Need more than one subscription? No problem! You can now add another subscription under the same login, making it convenient to manage multiple orders or start a subscription for a family member.
