After much consideration and in response to valuable community feedback, we’ve made some exciting changes to enhance your subscription experience!
Instead of a traditional pause option, you can now enjoy greater autonomy and flexibility by skipping orders.
You can view your next 10 orders in advance and easily skip weeks at a time.
This means if you know your schedule, you can plan your deliveries to align with when you’re able to cook up a storm with our imperfectly perfect produce.
While we recommend weekly or fortnightly orders to maximise value and support our farmers, this new approach allows our community to take a breather when their fridge is overflowing or to establish a customised delivery cadence, whether that’s every three weeks or monthly.
We believe these changes will help you better manage your subscriptions while enjoying the freshest produce at your convenience!
