How Do I Apply The Promo Code?Updated 6 months ago

Received a promo code via our emails or from a referral from a friend? No worries! We’re here to guide you through the process of applying it and what to do if you forget to apply it.

When you go through the sign-up process (for detailed step-by-step instructions, check out our help guide on How Do I Sign Up?), you’ll reach the final page where you confirm your order and enter your shipping and payment information.

On the right-hand side of this page underneath your order , you’ll find a field labelled "Discount code or gift card". 

Simply enter your code there, and the system will automatically calculate the percentage discount for you.

Please note that promotional discounts can only be applied once, and they expire automatically - nothing that you need to do, it all magically will happen in the back end!

What if I forgot to apply my promo code?

If you realise you forgot to apply the promo code after placing your order, don’t worry! Just reach out to our friendly Customer Experience team as soon as possible, and they’ll do their best to assist you.
