If you’ve received a credit note related to your order from our Customer Experience team, there’s nothing you need to do! This is an administrative task we handle behind the scenes.
We will automatically apply the credit to your next order, so it will be deducted from your upcoming billing renewal without any extra effort on your part.
What If I Have Received a Refund?
If you’ve received a refund, such as from our Money Back Guarantee for your first order, please note that this is processed differently. Refunds are handled through our payment provider and will be returned to your nominated payment method within 5-10 business days.
