How Do I Know The Deadline To Change My Order?Updated a month ago

At Farmers Pick, we want to make sure you have all the information you need to manage your subscription easily! Knowing the deadline to change your order is key to ensuring you get exactly what you want in your next delivery.

Finding the Deadline

  1. Check Your Order Summary: When you log into your customer portal, navigate to your upcoming orders. Each order will display a date along with a clear deadline for any edits or changes.

  2. Visual Cues: We’ve made it easy to spot orders that are locked for editing. Orders that are currently being processed will be highlighted in red with a lock icon next to them. If you see this, it means that order is already being packed and cannot be changed.

  3. Advance Planning: To minimise potential waste and help our farmers, we kindly request that you give us 7 days' notice for any changes or to skip a delivery. This allows us to manage logistics efficiently and ensure you receive the freshest produce.

We understand that last-minute emergencies can occur. If you need to cancel a processing order, please reach out to our customer experience team no later than 3 business days prior to your delivery day, and we’ll do our best to assist you with a manual change or cancellation.

Please note that once your order is on the truck with our delivery partner within that 3-day window, we are unable to cancel the order.
