Managing or adding subscriptions in your Farmers Pick account is a breeze! Whether you want to set up a new delivery to a different address or adjust your existing subscriptions, here’s how to do it:
Log into the Portal: Start by logging into your customer portal and heading to the My Overview page.
Manage Your Subscriptions: On this page, you’ll find options to view and manage your current subscriptions.
If you want to make adjustments, click on the relevant subscription.Add a New Subscription: To add a new subscription, look for the option to add another box. This is perfect if you’d like to send a box to a different address or set up a delivery on a different day.
Merge Subscriptions: If you have another subscription under a different email address and would like to merge them, simply reach out to our customer experience team for assistance.
