How Do I Skip / Unskip My Delivery?Updated 6 months ago

We understand that life can get busy, and sometimes you might need to skip a delivery. Whether you need some time to catch up on what is in your fridge and pantry, or you have an upcoming holiday, we've given you the control to organise your orders around your life.

Luckily, our customer portal makes this process simple and convenient!

Skipping a Delivery

To get started, head over to the My Delivery Preferences page or the carousel on your My Overview page.

Here, you'll find a clear view of your next 10 orders, complete with delivery dates. This helps you plan ahead and see which deliveries you might want to skip.

Each order will display the deadline for edits, so you’ll always know when you need to make changes by. Just select the order you want to skip, and follow the prompts to confirm your choice.

Important Notice

To help reduce potential waste for our hardworking farmers, we do require 7 days' notice to skip or change any confirmed orders. This ensures we can manage our deliveries effectively and maintain our commitment to sustainability. Plus, remember that you can only skip orders that are up to 10 in advance—so be sure to plan accordingly!

Unskipping a Delivery

If you change your mind and decide to unskip an order, it’s just as easy! Simply navigate to the My Delivery Preferences > Skip Delivery tab. Here, you’ll see the orders you’ve previously skipped, and with a few clicks, you can reinstate your delivery.

We want to make your experience as seamless as possible, so if you have any questions or need a little assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to our friendly customer experience team. We're here to help you manage your deliveries with ease and ensure you always get the fresh produce you love!

Thank you for being a valued member of our community. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work together to minimise waste and support our farmers!
