Steps to Update Your Payment Information
Login to Your Account
- Start by visiting the Farmers Pick Customer Portal. Click on the "Login" button located at the top right corner of the page.
- Enter your email address and password, then click “Log In” to access your account.
Go to My Account Profile
- Once you are logged in, navigate to your account profile by clicking on your profile icon or your name at the top right corner of the screen.
- Select "My Account" from the dropdown menu.
Go to Payment Information
- In your account profile, look for the "Payment Information" section.
- Click on this option to view your current payment methods.
Updating Your Payment Methods
Add a New Payment Method: If you’d like to add a new payment option, you can do so by selecting the option to "Add Payment Method." Here, you can enter details for options like direct debit from Visa, Mastercard, or American Express, or choose from digital payment methods such as ShopPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.
