Updating your shipping address is a straightforward process! Follow these steps to ensure your delivery goes to the right place:

1. Log into the Portal: Start by logging into your customer portal and heading to the My Account Profile page.
   
   

2. Click Edit Shipping Information: Here, you’ll see your current delivery address. Click Edit to make any necessary amendments.
   
   

3. Update Address: You can update your address. If you choose a new suburb and postcode, we'll need to confirm that we service that area. The page will prompt you to enter the new suburb and postcode.
   
   
   

4. Update Delivery Instructions: You can also update your delivery instructions. To simplify things for our delivery drivers and ensure your box is delivered to the designated area, we’ve created a dropdown menu with common locations, such as front doorstep, back doorstep, back porch, back door, and carport. While there is an 'Other' option, it is limited to 100 characters.
