At Farmers Pick, a lot of behind-the-scenes coordination goes into delivering your order right to your doorstep. Once your payment is processed, your box is officially ordered, triggering a series of steps to ensure everything is fresh and ready for you.
Billing Renewals
Payments for your Farmers Pick subscription are known as ‘billing renewals’ and are processed according to your delivery schedule:
Tuesday Renewal: For Saturday and Sunday deliveries.
Friday Renewal: For all other delivery days.
Understanding Your Order Status
Processing: This status indicates that your box has been paid for, and you can no longer edit this order in your customer portal. To make it easier to see, we’ve put it in red with a lock next to it.
Upcoming: This status means you can still make changes to your order. Simply click "Manage Your Shop". You can adjust the box size, choose the type of produce, switch to organic options, and select your four exclusions. You can also add pantry items to your order! With free shipping on orders over $100, we provide a handy bar to show you how much more you need to spend to qualify.
To make things simple, we’ve clearly marked the date for the deadline for editing your box. Be sure to make any changes before this date to ensure you get exactly what you want!
During the processing period, your order is scheduled with our warehouse team for packing and arranged for dispatch with our delivery partner.
We understand that last-minute emergencies can occur. If you need to cancel a processing order, please reach out to our customer experience team no later than 3 days prior to your delivery day, and we’ll do our best to assist you with a manual change or cancellation.
Please note that once your order is on the truck with our delivery partner within that 3-day window, we are unable to cancel the order. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help make your experience as smooth as possible!
