Check Your SMS Tracking Link : You should have received an SMS tracking link that provides real-time updates on your delivery. This can help you see if your box is still en route.
Delivery Window : Our delivery window is between 8 am and 6 pm, so it’s possible that your box is still on its way and could arrive at any time within that period.
