What happens if my delivery is due on or around a public holiday?Updated 2 days ago
If your delivery is on or around a public holiday we may have to make some slight adjustments to your delivery schedule.
To share a bit of context — as our delivery partner does not operate on public holidays, so we may need to make wide-scale delivery date adjustments across different holiday periods. This allows us to ensure orders can still be delivered with minimal disruption, however it does mean there are some warehouse and packing constraints during this time, which limits flexibility around individual delivery dates.
If your delivery is impacted, we will send you an email as soon as we are aware of this change, which will confirm your updated delivery date that has been arranged for your specific suburb, based on the timelines provided by our delivery partner. Unfortunately, our customer experience team won't be able to make further changes to individual delivery dates during this period, outside of cancelling and refunding the order.
We understand that often our customers are away during these holiday periods, so we encourage you to become familiar with your subscription by logging into your portal and skipping orders prior to your billing renewal.
