At Farmers Pick, we’re committed to ensuring your fresh produce arrives safely and on time! To make this happen, we partner with trusted third-party shipping providers who deliver your boxes right to your doorstep.
Here's what you can expect on delivery day:
Shipping Confirmation: You’ll receive a friendly SMS the night before your delivery, complete with a tracking link. This way, you can keep an eye on your order and know when to expect it! This will be a narrower window than the standard 8am - 6pm time slot so you can prepare for your order.
Delivery Notification: On the day of delivery, you’ll get another SMS approximately 5 minutes before the driver arrives. This little heads-up allows you to greet them if you’d like and ensures you’re ready to receive your package.
Arrival Confirmation: Once your box has arrived, we’ll send you a final message that includes photos of the box and details about where it was left. This way, you can be sure everything has arrived safely if you can’t greet them at the door!
