Great news! You can use your existing email address to log in to our new portal.
However, you’ll need to create a new password to access your information. We recommend jotting down your new password somewhere safe, as our friendly customer experience team won’t have access to log in for you.
The best part? All your past orders and plan information will be seamlessly transferred over, so there’s no need to worry about starting from scratch!
We do encourage you to take a moment to update any personal or shipping details, review your excluded items, and maybe even explore some new pantry items to add to your next order.
Just a little heads up: if you were using a One-Time Password (OTP) in the old portal, you won't have that option in the new system. We’re sticking with passwords for a smoother and more secure experience.
