How Do I Edit My Next Order And Add My Pantry Items?Updated 6 months ago
We understand how important it is to have control over your orders, so we’ve worked hard to ensure that this process is as smooth as the skin of a peach!
Follow these simple steps to customise your upcoming box:
Log into the Farmers Pick Customer Portal: Start by logging into your customer portal.
Head to My Overview: Once logged in, navigate to the My Overview section.
View Your Locked Box: Here, you’ll see your locked box, which is the order currently processing and on its way to your doorstep. Note, this box can't be edited.
Edit Your Upcoming Box: Find your upcoming box listed by date. Click on Manage Shop to start making edits.
Add Pantry Items: This will take you to the pantry page. Click Add to Order next to any items you’d like to include. You’ll have the option to choose One Off (only for the next order) or Subscribe (adding it as part of your regular subscription).
View Next Order: Click View Next Order to see the pantry items you’ve added, including the frequency of any subscription items.
HOT TIP: All orders over $100 are entitled to free shipping, so feel free to stock up!
Change Box Size or Type: Within the new customer portal, it's easy for you to change your box and customise it according to your needs.
First, go to the customer portal and select Shop
This will take you to the pantry page. Select View Next Order
After that, simply select Update Plan.
Make your adjustment and select ConfirmEdit Selected Exclusions: To change your selected exclusions, click Edit Plan. To remove items, simply click the X next to the item. To add new items, you can scroll through the options or use the search bar. Click on the item to select it. Please note that you can exclude up to 4 produce items.
Finalise Your Plan: Once you’ve made all your adjustments, click Confirm to save your changes.
Important Note : Order Editing Deadlines
Once your payment is processed, your box is officially ordered, triggering a series of steps to ensure everything is fresh and ready for you.
To minimise potential waste and help our farmers, we kindly request that you give us 7 days' notice for any changes or to skip a delivery. This allows us to manage logistics efficiently and ensure you receive the freshest produce.
To make things simple, we’ve clearly marked your renewal date as the deadline for editing your box. Be sure to make any changes before this date to ensure you get exactly what you want!
