Why Was I Charged? I Only Wanted One Box!Updated 2 days ago

We totally understand—nobody likes unexpected charges!

When you signed up with Farmers Pick, you chose either a weekly, fortnightly or monthly subscription at checkout. Since we’re all about delivering fresh, rescued produce and butcher quality meat, our subscription model ensures you never miss out. 

Additionally, we do offer a once off fridge or produce box if your other box is subscribed. That way if you prefer to get veggies or meat less frequently with your core subscription you can. 

If you only wanted that initial box, you can easily cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date through your customer portal.

  1. Log into Your Customer Portal: Start by logging in.
  2. Go to My Account Profile: Navigate to your profile.


  3. Scroll Down to Change Subscription: Click here to finalise your cancellation. And just like that, you’re all set!

Important Note: Please be aware that if there are any orders currently processing, your cancellation will take effect after these have been delivered. Orders scheduled for delivery within the next 7 days will still be fulfilled due to cut-off dates and timeframes.
