Why Was I Charged? I Only Wanted One Box!Updated 6 months ago

We totally understand—nobody likes unexpected charges!

When you signed up with Farmers Pick, you chose either a weekly or fortnightly subscription at checkout. Since we’re all about delivering fresh, rescued produce straight to your door, our subscription model ensures you never miss out on your veggies. 

While we don’t currently offer a one-time box, the good news is that you’re always in control!

If you only wanted that first box, you can easily cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date through your customer portal.

  1. Log into Your Customer Portal: Start by logging in.
  2. Go to My Account Profile: Navigate to your profile.


  3. Scroll Down to Change Subscription: Click here to finalise your cancellation. And just like that, you’re all set!

Important Note: Please be aware that if there are any orders currently processing, your cancellation will take effect after these have been delivered. Orders scheduled for delivery within the next 7 days will still be fulfilled due to cut-off dates and timeframes.
